Most buyers view websites to find homes prior to scheduling a Showing. It’s important that your home is shown on multiple websites to reach potential buyers. These are costs I pay whether your home sells or not. I also pay additional fees to advertise your home on Realtor.com, Homefinder.com and Zillow.com websites. In addition, my company has many websites such as ColdwellBankerAction.com and ColdwellBanker.com which feed information into other websites, such as Trulia.com and many others.
Other marketing tools I will use include: Open House, Sign, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Homefinder.com Magazine, Wausau Daily Herald, Brochure Flyer Box, Supra (to ease ability to schedule Showings), Homebooks, and TV Show (which may depend on agreed upon commission).
